What's Included?

A three day menu of no-cook meals. Three breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and desserts. That's 12 recipes in one PDF! Although these recipes were written with backpacking in mind they're great for long day hikes and car camping too. On the menu you'll find:

  • Breakfasts - blueberry muesli, apple turnovers, and mango smoothie bowl
  • Lunches - apple kale salad, mediterranean salad, and sesame peanut zoodles
  • Dinner - pita bread pizza, barbeque tacos, and thai tuna wrap
  • Dessert - pecan pie bites, banana pudding, and s'mores trail mix
